44 trains canceled and 25 partially canceled due to farmer agitation, see full list here. Many trains have been canceled due to the ongoing farmers’ agitation in Punjab to protest against the agriculture bill. Northern Railways has canceled some trains and changed the way of some trains. At the same time, some trains have been stopped from running from the initial stations. This information has been given by Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) Deepak Kumar (Northern Railways).
Railway has also issued its notification to save the passengers from trouble and it has explained in detail which trains have been affected so that you can plan your journey. Once you also look at this list that you are not going to travel with them. Here is the complete list of these trains.

Train number 02425/02426 New Delhi- Jammu-New Delhi Rajdhani Express special train running from October 19 to October 20 has been canceled. Similarly, train number 22439/22440 running from October 19, New Delhi – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – New Delhi Vande Bharat Express train has been canceled. That is, they have been canceled before the trains run. Train number 02011/02012 New Delhi – Kalka – New Delhi Shatabdi Express Special train has been canceled.
Train number 02029/02030 New Delhi – Amritsar – New Delhi Shatabdi Express Special train running from 19 to 20 October has also been canceled. Train number 02461, New Delhi – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra special train starting from 20 to 21 October has been canceled. 02462 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – New Delhi Express special train running from 19 to 20 October has also been canceled.
Train number 02054/02053 Haridwar – Amritsar – Haridwar Jan Shatabdi Express Special train running from 20 to 21 October has been canceled. 02422 Jammu-Ajmer-Ajmer Express special train journey starting from October 20 has also been canceled. While the 02421 Ajmer-Jammuutvi Express special train starting on October 21 has also been canceled due to farmer agitation.
Train number 00468 Amritsar-Howrah Express special train starting on October 19 will run till Delhi. The train will remain canceled between Delhi to Amritsar. While train number 05910 Lalgarh-Dibrugarh Express is being run through Hanumangarh-Hisar-Bhiwani.
