NEET, JEE Main 2020 News | Postponement Case Details

NEET, JEE Main 2020: While India fights the coronavirus pandemic, everybody including the farmers, government servants, employees etc. Students on the other hand, do not want to appear for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET, JEE Main 2020 because they are scared that they may spread the virus or may suffer from the same.

These are some of the tweets from students from different places. According to edexlive 11 students from different states have moved the Supreme Court petitioning for the postponement of the JEE Main and NEET examination. JEE Main and NEET examination was scheduled to be conducted in September. The next date of hearing in the Supreme Court is scheduled for August 14.

Exam Schedule for September

The admit cards for JEE Mains 2020 will be made available 15 days before the exams. This means that students can expect it around August 15. For admit card students have to visit the official website.

Case against postponing NEET, JEE 2020

The parents pointed out that the delay of 4 months has caused a lot of loss of the academic year and further delay would be harmful for students’ health. The parents say that continuous delay may have an adverse effect on the mental health of the students.

Whereas, there is no update from NTA or Ministry of Education yet. Any updates on postponement or schedule would be provided here.
