RRB Group D Exam 2020: Examination to be held in December for recruitment of lakhs of railway posts, know details. RRB Group exam will start from 15 December. Indian Railways had informed on September 5 that a computer-based examination will be started from December to fill more than 1.4 lakh vacancies.

These vacancies include 1,03,769 Group D posts, among other vacancies are NTPC (NTPC) (non-technical popular categories like Guard, Office Clerk, Commercial Clerk, etc.), 1,663 Isolated and Ministerial categories (Steno and Teacher etc.) posts.

Once the examination starts, no candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall. After the paper expires, the candidates will be able to get up from their seats only after the order of the invigilator. In the advice issued by the railways, applicants have been asked to beware of brokers and job scamsters. Those who try to cheat on the false promises of getting jobs in railways either by influence or using unfair means. Candidates should rely only on official sources.

The exam will be conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs). According to the data released by RRB in September 2019, a total of 1,15,67,248 applications have been registered for the RRB Group D exam. This is the first selection test and the candidates who pass this exam will be shortlisted for the next level examination.

Selection of candidates for Group D posts will be done on the basis of Computer Based Test and Physical Efficiency Test. After this, verification of documents and medical examination will take place.

Questions related to General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning and General Awareness will be asked in Computer Based Test. Negative marking will be done for every wrong answer.
