Age Limit
- For the post of Senior Design Expert/ Additional Design Expertcandidates age should not exceed maximum age limit of 55 years.
- For Deputy Chief Architect candidate’s age should not exceed maximum age limit of 50 years.
- For Assistant Site Associate, Assistant Design Expert and Assistant Architect candidates upper age limit is 40 years.
- For Associate Architect candidate’s upper age limit is 35 years.
Eligibility Criteria
Senior Design Expert/ Additional Design Expert: Candidate should have completed B.E. orB. Tech in Civil/ Structural Engineering. Candidates who have completed ME/ M. Tech. in Structural/ Geo-technical/ Soil mechanics & Foundation Engineering from a reputed Institute will be preferred for this recruitment. Candidate should have minimum 20 years of work experience in related field to apply for this recruitment.
Deputy Chief Architect: Candidate should have completed B.Arch. and Registered with Council of Architecture. Candidate should have minimum 10 years of work experience in related field. Applicants should have knowledge in Building information modelling, Transit oriented development norms and Green building design.
Assistant Site Associate: Candidate should have completed B.E./ B. Tech in Civil. Applicant should have minimum 5 years of work experience in civil project auditing/ Quality Control with large construction projects, preferably Railways/ Metro Rail construction project or in related field to apply or this recruitment.
Assistant Design Expert: Applicant should have completed B.E./ B. Tech in Civil/ Structural Engineering. Candidates who have completed ME/ M. Tech. in Structural/ Geo-technical/ Soilmechanics & Foundation Engineering will be preferred for this recruitment. Candidate should have minimum 5 years’ work experience of design of viaduct/ tunnels/ large road bridges etc
Assistant Architect: Candidate should have completed B.Arch and Registered with Council of Architecture. Candidate should have minimum 5 years of work experience in handling Architecture projects. Candidate should have work experience in coordination with external consultants and interface with system contractors for Architecture work of underground and elevated station of Railways/ Metro Rail projects will be preferred.
Associate Architect: Candidate should have completed B.Arch and Registered with Council of Architecture. Applicant should have minimum 3 years of work experience in Architectural work in a large project. Candidate should have work experience in software like Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Google earth pro etc.

Selection Process
Based on the Candidates qualification, work experience applicants will be shortlisted for personal interview. Based on the performance on interview candidate will be appointed. Interview Details sent to shortlisted candidates only.
Contract Details
Candidates will be initially appointed for the period of 3 years and based on the performance of the candidate contract period will get extended. Contract employee may be terminated at any time giving one month’s notice or payment in lieu of notice, without assigning any reason.
