APSC Recruitment: The Assam Public Service Commission is a state recruitment agency authorised to conduct civil service examination for the state of Assam headquartered at Jawahar Nagar, Khanapara in Guwahati and functions through its own secretariat. It was established on 1 April 1937.

Candidates should have a Minimum educational qualification is passed Degree examination or equivalent examination from a recognized University.
The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than38 years of age as on 01-01-2021.
Candidates shall get the salary for this position is Rs. 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- with grade pay Rs.13,300.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of stenography test and written test. The tests will be held at Guwahati. The names of the candidates recommended for appointment shall be arranged on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained by the candidates in the Stenography Proficiency Test and the Objective Type Written Test.
