APSET Notification 2022 : Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test or APSET is an eligibility test for applying for assistant professor position in Universities in Andhra Pradesh, India. The test is conducted based on subjects and only those who have post graduation in that particular field are eligible.

Age Limit:
There is no upper age limit for this eligibility for test. Candidates with the any age criterion and possess the following educational qualification can apply for this examination.
Qualification:
Candidates should have secured at least 55% marks in Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC or they can pursing their Master’s degree or equivalent course or candidates who have appeared for their qualifying master’s degree (Final Year) examination.
APSET Exam Details 2022:
The APSET will contain the written test that consists of two paper for 300 marks, duration of 3 hours on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) method. Paper-I have the weight age of 100 marks and Paper –II has the marks of 200 marks. There will be no negative marking scheme.
APSET 2022 Fees Details:
The application fees for the General and EWS category is Rs. 1,200/-, for the BC category is Rs. 1000/- and for the candidates of SC/ST/PED/Transgender, they should pay the application fee of Rs.700.
