Age Limit

Eligibility Criteria
Sr. Project Manager: Candidate should have completed MCA or equivalent degree from recognized university. Applicant should secure minimum 55% of marks in their graduation. Candidate should have minimum 3 years of work experience in related field. Applicant should have knowledge in Techno-savvy equipped with good IT skills, Project management and networking skills.
Project Manager: Candidate should have completed MBA, MSW, PGDEM, PGDRM or equivalent from recognized university with 55% of marks. Applicant should have 2 years of work experience in related field. Candidate who as experience in educational institute will be preferred. Candidate should have knowledge in Computer proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft office, Internet etc.
Assistant Project Manager: Candidate should have completed MBA, MSW, PGDEM, PGDRM or equivalent from recognized university. Applicant should have one year of work experience in related field. Candidate should have Noting, drafting, presentation skills, report writing skill.
Assistant Project Manager (Accounts): Applicant should have completed B.Com, tally with 2 years of work experience in related field. Candidate should have good documentation skills and knowledge in tally software.

Selection Process
Based on educational qualification, experience candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview. Interview details will be sent to shortlisted candidates. Based on the performance on personal Interview candidates will get appointed.
Contract Period
Selected Candidates in Gujarat State Tribal Education Society initially appointed for the period of 11 months. Based on the performance of the candidate the contract period get extended.
