Key Responsibilities
For Team Lead: Lead inhouse manufacturing of Mockup and test worthy Proto Parts to assist product design process as per the Project Schedule and PDx milestones, Improve efficiency of resources by adopting new technology and training manpower to deliver proto parts as close to design intent and in least time.
For Executive:
- To create the shift schedule in order to endure proper deployment of security personnel at specified location
- To supervise the various security arrangement in the plant through using proper monitoring system in order to achieve riskfree environment in the plant.
- To collect data and information related to security of plant in order to arrange useful information for management.
- To plan and manage the inventory (employee uniform ,shoes ets)in order to timely delivering of the same
For Senior Engineer:
- Provides engine design related solutions, Implementation of core technical solutions meeting the CTQ targets for engine design projects
- Guidance in all technical issues and ensure know how enhancement to his team
- Risk Assessment
- Provides innovations and new technologies, ensures commonality compliant to HMCL strategy
- Escalate in case of unresolvable conflicts of CTQ targets – Effective communication with senior management team for timely future decisions
For Engineer PMO:
- Track and Monitor motorcycle, scooters and series projects by managing information , people and PDx process to meet Time line & Cost targets
- Tracking & Monitoring Leap / Lead ideas for the deptt & R&D
- Maintaining Cost Data Bank required for SS team
- Competitor Product Comparison / benchmarking for respective category (E/F/C/D)
- Coordinating for finalisation of departmental SOPs & work on special projects
