IIT Roorkee Offering Online Courses: IIT Roorkee is planning to launch some Online Certificate Courses. Due to this pandemic students are suffering, and virtual classes are not going on. So, in these times it is very important to provide proper learning to students. IIT Roorkee is planning to launch programs that are in demand with certificates after completion in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and data science. The institute has collaborated with Coursera. The courses will be available on Coursera.
Details about Courses
These certification courses of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) will be of six months. After six months, students will get their certificates. The course will be composed of lectures, projects, coding, and all the necessary things. These programs will mainly focus on enhancing people’s skills.
IIT Roorkee is planning to launch programs that are in demand with certificates after completion in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and data science.
Whereas, Data Science will be strictly designed for professionals so that our country get some Data Scientists. The course of Data Science will include concepts of Machine Learning, Data visualization, Data Management, and Data Collection. The course will also include important programming concepts.

These courses will be available on Coursera in early 2021. This will a step towards good education of New Education Policy announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As we know that the Ministry of Education announced the conduction of online classes. So, it is very important that these courses should be available.
