Repco Home Recruitment: Repatriates Cooperative Finance and Development Bank Ltd., (REPCO BANK) was registered on 19.11.1969 as a Cooperative Society under the relevant provisions of Madras Cooperative Societies Act, 1961 with Jurisdiction over the State of Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Union Territory of Puducherry for the purpose of promoting the rehabilitation activities for repatriates from neighbouring countries mainly from Sri Lanka and Burma. Though originally registered under the Madras Cooperative Societies Act, 1961, the Bank is deemed to be registered under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002.

  • Candidates should have passed Any Graduation (10+2+3 format) from a UGC recognized university in regular class room course. Post-graduation & professional qualification shall be given additional weightage or Graduation in Law – 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 format from a UGC recognized university.
  • Any Graduate preferably B Com (necessarily preceded by SSLC (or equivalent) and HSC/ Diploma) with minimum 50% marks from a UGC recognized University. Graduates from Open University will not be considered.
  • Fluency in respective regional language (read, write & speak) besides English is must. Working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience (for age not exceeding 28 years) in Housing Finance/ Retail Lending/ Marketing of Financial products (Home Loan)/ branch operations in HFCs/ NBFCs/ Banks. For further age relaxation, commensurate additional experience would be required.

Job Description:

  • Assistant Manager/ Executive/ Trainee: Assist the branch in the day-to-day operations including the sourcing and processing of home loan applications, customer interaction, sanctions/ disbursements/ recovery etc.
  • Participation in external work like marketing of Company products, verification of customer KYC & other documents, coordination with panel advocates/ valuers, inspection of properties, visiting sub-registrar’s office, banks etc.
  • Handle accounting and back end/data operations (cash entry, bank entry in the system), documentation etc. independently.
  • Manager/ Senior Manager/ Chief Manager: To source qualitative business (home loan) as per target given in conformity with the credit policy of the Company.
  • To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • To carry out works pertaining to branch sales operation such as customer service, ensuring branch business development, meeting business target of the branch, marketing, publicity, conduct loan camps and other works.
  • Manager: Payroll management
  • Employee severance management
  • Any other work related to employee engagement.
  • Any other work as assigned from time to time.

Age Limit:

Candidates should have Age not exceeding 32 years as on 01-07-2022 (relaxation generally up to 40 years of age can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience for deserving cases based on Management discretion).

Manager/ Senior Manager/ Chief Manager:Monthly Gross Pay including Meal Card starting from Rs.48900/- per month for Manager Cadre, Rs.50600/- per month for Senior Manager Cadre and Rs.52300/- per month for Chief Manager Cadre + Variable Performance Incentive & Perquisites as per extant policy of the Company

Assistant Manager/ Executive/ Trainee:Monthly Gross Pay including Meal Card starting from Rs.24300/- per month for Assistant Manager Cadre and from Rs.21300/- per month for Executive Cadre + Variable Performance Incentive & Perquisites as per extant policy of the Company.

Manager for HR: Monthly Gross Pay including Meal Card starting from Rs.24000/- per month for Assistant Manager Cadre and Rs.48000/- per month for Manager Cadre + Variable Performance Incentive & Perquisites as per extant policy of the Company

However, experienced candidate would be compensated suitably as per market norms and Management discretion, based on prior experience and performance in the selection process.

Selection Process:

The Cadre fitment (Manager/ Senior Manager/ Chief Manager) will be done based on credentials of candidate, performance in selection process and prior experience and the decision of the Company will be final and binding.

Manager for HR:The shortlisting will be done as per the prescribed criteria and as per management discretion depending upon the number of applications received. The shortlisted candidates shall be called for further selection process subsequently. The date & venue & mode of the same will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates individually in due course.
