During this, he answered many important questions about the 10th and 12th board exams asked by the teachers. When asked about the postponement of the board examination by a teacher, the Education Minister said, “The government is in the interest of the students. We cannot allow COVID-19 to influence the students.”

He said that postponement of the examinations could lead to the students being labeled as students of COVID-19, that they were cleared in further classes without passing the examination.
The minister said that we have conducted JEE, NEET exam this year. It was one of the largest examinations conducted amidst the COVID-19 epidemic.
Board exam will not be held till February 2021. The Education Minister said on the dates of the board exams, “The board exams will not be held in January. But we will consider when we will be able to do the exams after February. That is, the board exams will be postponed in January-February and only after that Will consider.
Talking about the mode of board examination, the minister said that more than 24 thousand CBSE schools are in rural areas, so online examinations are not possible at the moment.
