Eligibility Criteria
Territory Manager: There is no minimum educational qualification given to apply for the post of Territory Manager in Hero Moto Corp. Applicant should have work experience in the Field Sales, Service Manager, Manager, Sales, Customer Service and Management.
Executive-Store: Candidates should have completed Diploma in related field. Applicants required to have minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in related field. Candidate should have knowledge in SAP, ERP, System Administrator, etc.,
Territory Manager Roles and Responsibilities
- Territory Manager should ensure technical enhancement in standard operating procedure and give faster resolution to the customer.
- Candidate is responsible for customer satisfaction by managing all the systems and process at the dealership level.
- Applicant able to handle manpower management at the dealership level and achieve the business parameters based on given target.
Executive-Store Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate has to achieve Zero Variance in Material Accounting of around 8000 Indirect Parts.
- Store Executive is responsible for Disposal of Slow, Non Moving Parts and Maintain Safety at Hazardous Parts Storage area.
