Vacancy
IDBI hired 61 candidates for the post of DGM, AGM and Manager in Specialist Officers Recruitment in 2019. This year the vacancy is expected slightly more than 2019 vacancy.
Age Limit

Eligibility Criteria
Agriculture Officer: Candidates should have completed Graduation in Agriculture or Agricultural Bio Technology or Horticulture or in related field from recognized University. Applicant should have minimum 4 years of work experience in related field
Faculty – Behavioural Sciences: Candidate should have completed PG in Psychology or relevant behaviour sciences/MBA in HRM. 10 years of work experience required to apply for this post.
Fraud Risk Management – Fraud Analyst: Graduation with in Commerce with minimum 60% marks is required to apply for this post. Applicant needed to have minimum 4 years of work experience.
Fraud Risk Management – Investigator: Graduate in Commerce with minimum 60% marks and should have minimum 7 years of work experience in related field .
Transaction Monitoring Team – Head: Applicant should have completed CA or MBA or Graduation with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Applicant needed to have minimum 10 years of work experience.
Salary
- Deputy General Manager, Grade ‘D’ will get paid for Rs. 50030 to Rs. 59170.
- Assistant General Manager, Grade ‘C’ will paid for Rs. 42020 to Rs. 51490 per month.
- Manager – Grade ‘B’ will paid for Rs. 31705 to Rs. 45950 per month.
Selection Process
Based on preliminary screening candidates will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and/ or Personnel Interview (PI). Based on performance in GD and PI candidates will get selected.
