NISG Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization and MBA/ PGDM in Any Specialization, M.Tech in Any Specialization.
- Applicants also having Experience in managing, planning, budgeting and ongoing operational management of 24×7 ATM operations of a Bank and 10 to 15 yrs of which leadership experience of minimum 7 to 8 yrs in payment / ATM operations industry is essential.
NISG Recruitment 2022 Additional Qualification:
Experience in managing large teams located centrally as well as dispersed across India in ensuring seamless ATM operations and managing a managed service provider (MSP) for the effective operations performance including:
- Managing and controlling back end reconciliation operations for acquirer and issuer business
- Managing managed services provider (MSP) for the operations and direct responsibility of their performance. Responsible for supporting service and business units to ensure achievement of common goal.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues related to customers, vendors (external as well as internal) and ensuring resolution.
- Preparing the billing and supporting document details in line with SLA monitoring of managed service provider, following internal approval mechanism and co-ordinate with to finance on defined frequency.
