RRB NTPC Exam : Check CBT syllabus , exam pattern here . The Railway Recruitment Board, RRB has finally declared the date of RRB NTPC 2019 exam (Non Technical Popular Category). The examination for 35277 posts will start from 15 December 2020. The board took more than 1.5 years to issue the exam date. Although still the board has not released the examination schedule, only the date of commencement of the examination has been revealed. The application form for these posts was released on 28 February 2019 and the application process started on 1 March 2019. Candidates were given time till 31 March to fill the form. Approximately 1.5 crore candidates have filled the application form for these posts. Exam Pattern is given Below :

CBT 1 Exam Pattern : General Awareness – 40 Question

Maths – 30 Question

Reasoning and General Intelligence – 30 Question

All papers will be of one and half hours.

CBT 2 Exam Pattern : General Awareness – 50 Question

Maths – 35 Question

Reasoning and General Intelligence – 35 Question

And , All papers will be of one and half hours.

There is a negative marking in this exam and 1/3 mark shall be cut for each wrong answer.

General Awareness : It contains National and International Current events Their importance , Games and sports , Arts and culture, Indian literature , Monuments , History of India , Physical ,social and geography of India and World. Basic of computers , its applications , Transport system , flora and fauna ,Space and nuclear power .,etc

Maths : It consists of HCF , LCM , number system , Trigonometry, percentage , Time and work , simple and compound interest , geometry , trigonometry , Algebra, Profit and loss , Ratio & Proportion , etc.

Reasoning and General Intelligence : It includes Jumbling, Venn Diagrams , Decision making , Coding and decoding , Analogies , Mathematical Operations , Data sufficiency , Statement Conclusion , and Maps , etc
