Supreme court going to express verdict on final year exam tomorrow whether they held or not . After the plea of various students from different colleges to cancel the exam in this covid-19 pandemic, supreme court will pronounce verdict tomorrow. In this process Three judges has been hearing the case. The dispute for and against the case will be heard.
In previous report UGC announce that universities were try to get the status of examination from colleges and 818 universities provided it . Out of 818 universities , 603 are either conduct exams by online-offline mode , 294 already conduct the exam and left 394 are going to planned exams either online-offline or blended mode.
Organising that much large scale examination in this pandemic situation become a sharp issue as 1000 of students want postponement of JEE , NEET , state entrance exams and final year examinations. Many issues are going held nowadays to postpone JEE , NEET exams but The National Testing Agency which conduct these exam clearly refused to do so and they also generate admit card for JEE main and NEET also.
So going with this it is unlikely that final year exams going to postponed any further by which 1000 of students in many states have to give exams in September .
As the dates of exams are coming students become hopeless and still want cancellation of exams as in many states their is flood problem due to which students are not able to going their exams centre and if exams held by online mode then many of students does not have access to internet .
By this UGC declared that those who are not able to gave exams university will provide second chance to them but overall exams have to be conducted to secure the academic year .
If in case exams are not cancelled or even postponed then the month of september will prove to be a testing month as various exams are going to be conducting in this month.
