  • Branch operation Manager: Responsible for overall business development & attainment CASA, Gold loans & Insurance Targets.100% team activation and target achievement / Overall audit and compliance of the branch. In case branch doesn’t have RO/BOM, Branch Head should hold the additional role & responsibilities of RO/BOM.
  • Branch Manager: To head branch operations ensuring top of the line customer service and customer engagements.
