Age Limit:
As of 09/07/2021, the age limit for JRF is not exceeding 28 years (age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates). Candidates can refer to the official notification for more information.
Qualification Details:
B.E / B.Tech in first division with Valid GATE score in Computer Science & Engg. (CSE) or information Technology (IT) or M.E / M.Tech in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels in Electronics and Communication Engg or (ECE) or Electronics and Telecommunication Engg (ETC), Electronics and Instrumentation Engg (E&l) or Applied Electronics and instrumentation Engg (A, E & I).
Salary Details:
The monthly remuneration for JRF is Rs. 31,000/- with appropriate HRA and medical benefits as per rules. This is a temporary position with a maximum term of 05 (five) years. The initial tenure will be for 02 (two) years, after which the employee will be promoted to SRF for the remaining 03 (three) years, pending satisfactory performance as determined by the DRDO.
Selection Process:
The Walk-in-interview for this position will be performed via Cisco WebEx video conferencing. The shortlisted candidates will receive an SMS/email with information about the VC mode, the date, and the time of the interview. Only those candidates who have submitted applications with accompanying papers and have been shortlisted for the Walk-in-Interview will be allowed to participate.
