Tamil Nadu 12th Exam: TN government has conducted many meeting with officials, health experts and also education experts regarding the class 12th examination. Many experts and parents opinion were to cancel the class 12th examination. As per their suggestion and keeping the student’s health in mind the state government has cancelled the examination of 12th class followed by CBSE and some other states.
Tamil Nadu 12th Exam:
The Tamil Nadu government has cancelled the Class 12 board examinations or TN HSC +2 exams 2021 and said a committee would be set up to decide on awarding marks to students. The decision was in view of the high prevalence of the second wave of COVID-19 in several parts of Tamil Nadu and also considering the chances of a third wave, the government said.
Following three days of consultations with stakeholders including teachers, educationists and experts, Chief Minister M K Stalin said “the class 12 board examination for this year is cancelled.”
The decision of the state government makes the people good and happy. The students of class 12th feel relief from the pressure of exams. This will prevent the students from the spread of COVID 19 and also this decision will avoid unwanted delay in the admission process for the next academic calendar. Now, the next question is how the class 12th students will be assessed by the board. The CBSE will produce the details process of assessment of 12th students soon.
So, it is expected to the Tamil Nadu Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi conduct the special meeting regarding the assessment of 12th students. The valuation process should be initiated soon because the admission process was already delayed. So, the state government will release the method of valuation of 12th student soon.
