Tech Mahindra Salary hikes for 2021. A Software company Tech Mahindra also joins the rival of salary hikes for employees with TCS , Infosys , Wipro which shows that IT company comes back to its track for their growth in the mid of Covid-19 pandemic.
The CEO of the Wipro said that ” company is planning for salary hikes and roll out in early 2021 but they did not decide the amount of hikes till now. This process will take place in a manner , junior employees getting it first, while seniors will get it later.

TCS , Wipro , Infosys and HCL Tech all have announced the salary hike , Some rolling them out in Effective October 1 and some in effective January 1 . Tech Mahindra posted strong results for the second quarter, with margins at a 6-quarter high on the back of a resurgence in demand and supply-side recovery.
At now 20% of Tech Mahindra’s employees are back in the office, compared to 2% of other software companies. “There is thorough testing done. 20% of people have come back to work instead of 5% before. They are looking to step out because they miss the innovation drivers on whiteboards and watercooler talks. We ensure they are taking precautions,” he said.
Nearly 98% of all employees at India’s top IT companies such as TCS, Infosys and Wipro continue to work from home, according to data shared by the management for the quarter ended September 30.
