Mahindra Thar 2020: Mahindra revealed the New Generration Thar on Saturday i.e.. 15 August. The launch and bookings for 2020 Mahindra Thar will start from 2 October. It is not a coincidence that the most awaited Mahindra series look and information about features, specifications are revealed on Nation’s 74th Independence Day.

About Thar 2020
The new model is very different from the first generation Thar. It is available with a new BS6-compliant diesel engine and an all-new petrol powerplant, the latter being the first for the SUV. Mahindra decided to reveal the model of Mahindra Thar 2020 on Independence Day to highlight the good relationship it has with the army and the armed officers as well. The second generation Mahindra Thar in India will launch on 2 October and the bookings will also start on the same day.
Starting Price is expected to be Rs. 10 lakh according to financial express. The Thar 2020 will be available in six different colors. Among which Red Range, Mystic Copper, Galaxy Grey, Napoli Black, Rocky Beige and, Aquamarine.
In terms of safety, the new generation Thar will be launched with airbags.
