Snapchat New Update | Add Songs to your Posts
Snap Updated: Recently, Snapchat came up with a New Update and a new feature. You can now add music to your pictures from Snapchat itself. Thie latest update lets customers add music to their posts within Snapchat. It is a new way for people to share songs with friends and will also act as a new promotional tool for the music industry.
The company secured rights to music industry from most of the companies, including Warner Music Group, Universal Music Publishing Group and Merlin.
A lot of people already use social media to share music, either in links, through apps like Gana, savan, or videos. This new feature also allows Snapchat to offer similar features like Instagram and TikTok, two of its biggest rivals. Snap says it has a larger audience 90% of people who use Snapchat lies between the age group of 13 – 24.
“We’re always looking for new ways to give Snapchatters creative tools to express themselves,” the company said in a statement. Music is an emotion and every people likes music, it is like a new dimension they can add to their Snaps that will help them to capture their feelings and moments they want to share with their real friends.”
